  • Look at Ed Henry, acting all sneaky. He scheming, ya’ll!

  • Alma98

Horrible horrible media they ask the dumbest shit.

    • nathkatun7

So true, Alma! Honestly I’ve seen ordinary citizens, in town halls, ask more meaningful and substantive questions than many of these WHP members — a great many of whom earn six figure to seven figure incomes.

      • Aquagranny911

The kiddos on Nicklodean asked better questions than our WH reporters!

  • PBO didn’t “cave” on Bush tax cuts! He wanted to vote on them before 2010 midterm elections, but Dems like Russ Feingold wouldn’t do it because they were scared they’d lose their elections. They ended up losing the House so PBO had to do the next best thing.

Why don’t you ask me to follow up on her question, too?

    • Alma98

They just picked up where they left off, still being assy.

Paint ball right in the face Chuckie Toad!!!

  • Concern trolling time!

    AdamSerwer ‏@AdamSerwer
Asked about immigration reform, Obama said he supports a path to “legal status” not but didn’t say citizenship. Big deal.

    AdamSerwer ‏@AdamSerwer
Not supporting a path to citizenship would put Obama to George W Bush’s right on immigration reform.

    AdamSerwer ‏@AdamSerwer
Either Obama just lowballed his opening bid in a legislative negotiation (again) or he’ll have to issue a big walkback soon.

    • aleth

LOWBALL what again? what is wrong with these people?

Path to citizenship is GOP speak for putting obstacles in your way to fing have the right to vote.

You need a legal status under the law that makes you have all the right of an American citizens. How is legal defined?

So now we are concerned about an immigration bill that does not exist, words “path to citizenship” “legal status” even though he is the president that gave you the dream executive order.

I don’t want to be associated with this slim on the left, tell them to jump off a cliff already.

      • qosine

They’re just right winger left progressives, a league of economic special interest groups, always trying to jump to the head of the line for handouts. They really, really don’t get what FORWARD means.

      • Ebogan63

You need a legal status under the law that makes you have all the right of an American citizens. How is legal defined?

See, this is why these damn left pundits don’t know fucking shit! What the fuck does this idiot think a Green Card/H-1B means? Those things give you ‘legal status’ to be in the fucking US!!!!

I just can’t with these mofos

    • nellcote

What is it with these people and their magic words? Can’t deal with the ideas so it’s all “say the word! say the word! saaay the woooooorrddd!!” It’s like fucking corney and tavis and he didn’t say the word poor. I’m So damn tired of the word games.

    • Aquagranny911

The so called “reporter” that asked that question (forgot her name) is another PL emo trolling for caca. I despise her. PBO did a great job answering that but I wish he would have really slapped her down harder.

  • annvic

I think it’s time to hold a telethon to raise funds to find a cure for Chuck Todd’s terminal bitchassness.

    • edp4bho

How much is a one way ticket to hell these days? I can spare a few coins.

      • annvic

That’s even better. Let me go get my purse.

      • Aquagranny911

I might be able to spare even more than two pesos for that or how about I just give him a good kick to help him on his way.

  • annvic

Yaaaaaas, PBO! Take them mofos to the mat for Susan Rice!

PBO is NOT playin’ with mofos today!

    • Alma98

He slapped the hell out of them!

    • sagittarius

      Have mercy.

I was flinching for Bitter McCain and Miss Lindsay behind that statement.

      • Aquagranny911

Not me! They both deserved every word of that and MORE!

        • sagittarius

I agree Aquagranny! It was the type of flinching that happens when you see someone do something stupid – like walk into traffic on a freeway. NO WAY that type of thing ends well!

    • Aquagranny911

I’m not afraid of much but I personally never, ever want to be on the bad side of PBO. I loved how well he slapped that nasty, evil, worthless, bitter old goatfigger McCain!

I pledge to PBO that with every breath I have in me, McCain is going down in 2014.

McCain, you goatfigging mutant, slime sucking parasite, your days are numbered!!!

      • nathkatun7

Aquagranny, I agree with every thing you said. One question: Isn’t McCain up for re-election in 2016 and not 2014?

        • Aquagranny911

My mistake, you are so correct but two years with him seems like a century! I actually don’t think he will make it four more years. He is really seeming more unhinged as the days go by.

I know that this will sound weird but some in my family had a bit of the ability to create or see the future & I see him gone in 2014 or maybe before that. I can hope but before that maybe we can just shut him up. I’m sick of his sorry ass on all of the T&V!

  • Sen. Graham Responds To Obama: I Hold You ‘Ultimately Responsible’ For Benghazi
David Taintor 2:30 PM EST, Wednesday November 14, 2012

Sen. Lindsey Graham released the following statement in response to President Obama’s press conference comments on Republican criticism of U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice:

“Mr. President, don’t think for one minute I don’t hold you ultimately responsible for Benghazi. I think you failed as Commander in Chief before, during, and after the attack.

“We owe it to the American people and the victims of this attack to have full, fair hearings and accountability be assigned where appropriate. Given what I know now, I have no intention of promoting anyone who is up to their eyeballs in the Benghazi debacle.”

    • Alma98

Bitch sit down somewhere you don’t know shit!

    • lamh36

seriously though, have none if Lindsey Graham’s opponent endeavored to find his DL lover, cause Lindsey is so that dude they used to call a long term “bachelor Uncle”. if he got anymore queeny, he’d be a contestant on RuPau’s Drag Race

    • majii

And, I’m holding Graham and McCain “ultimately responsible’ for their stupidity and petty behavior.

    • AxelFoley

Oh, he REALLY want PBO to slap his monkey-ass around, don’t he?

  • edp4bho

Hello POU. Been chillin a bit from the dumbness. From what you all have said thus far, black folks stay defending ourselves against the hate. Just got notice of our new premiums due to ACA and am waiting for the putdowns over a couple measly dollars increase. Insurance companies trying to make up for the fact they have to do their damn jobs like adults instead of the discrimination and neglect of the past. I’m still lovin that “dead fish” dream I had- old ways making way for the new. Peace.

    • AxelFoley

POTUS in his “…CALL ME MR TIBBS” mode.

  • sagittarius

    Afternoon, Fam

I hope all is well. I have been muddling things over in my mind since the re-election of President Obama. Now, NostraSagadamus is ready to go into a trance and predict some things for the second term.

    1. Susan Rice WILL be confirmed as SOS. POTUS wanted to name her SOS in his first term, but knew it was important to bring Hillary Clinton in his administration to keep an eye on her and Bubba. Hillary more than proved her loyalty to POTUS. Bubba earned some extra credit during the election; someone needs to remind him that it takes a looooonnnnng time to regain trust once it’s been blown. Black folks ain’t Hillary.

    2. John Kerry will be named Sec of Def IF Deval Patrick/MA Dems can name a strong replacement who can win a special election. This is part of the reason Gov. Patrick was invited to dinner.

    3. Gov. Patrick will be the next AG.

    4. Eric Holder will be nominated to the Supreme Court.

    5. A black female will also be nominated to the Supreme Court.

    6. Hilda Solis will remain as Sec of Labor.

    7. Michael Nutter will receive an appointment.

    8. An appointment awaits Kasim Reed if he wants it.

    9. Elections in this country will come under federal regulation, to eliminate the idiocy that takes place in FL every four years.

    10. The economy will continue to improve and the current debt will be reduced by 40% by the time POTUS leaves office in 2017.

    11. The Dems will regain the House in the 2014 elections and Nancy Pelosi will once again be Speaker of the House.

    12. The American Jobs Act will be passed sometime next year.

    13. Obamacare will be strengthened.

    14. The blockade of judicial nominations will stop and approval will begin as soon as the new Senate is sworn in January.

    15. Cocaine sentencing laws will be further reworked so that the disparity between powder and crack is eliminated.

    16. Fannie Mae will get a new CEO, one who is in agreement with POTUS’ policies.

    17. Additional education grants will be developed and it will become easier for folks of all ages to get money to go/return to school.

    18. The teachers unions and parental groups will collaborate on a solution to the education crisis and end the lunacy that is the charter school movement.

    19. POTUS will go one the stump during the 2014 midterms.

    20. Harry Reid will maintain the pimp hand he developed during the elections.

    • rikyrah

      love it!!!

    • Alma98

Can you tell me if I’m gonna get another book for Christmas that I don’t read? LOL

      • Aquagranny911

LOL! I’m starting to actually catch up on the stack by my bed. I am working on the “Hunger Games” series which I am finding pretty riveting even though I saw the move & was told this was a “teen series.” Grandson gave me his copies & we will be having a discussion probably at Thanksgiving so I really need to get reading faster!

    • qosine

You are GOOD, sagittarius. You must work at the Institute of Politics!

      NostraSagadamus LOL. I’m in.

    • nellcote

If you were POTUS the msm would declare your list to be PROMISES and if they didn’t all come to pass, obviously you would need to be impeached!

    • LV

      Thank you O knowledgeable ONE.

    • Aquagranny911

Dang Sag! I love it & do agree that most of what you said will come to pass because PBO has true vision & is setting us up for the long haul & for when he leaves office. He has given his all for this country & so has his family. He will not let what he did or will do be swept away by goatfiggers in 2014 or in 2016. He is not just a man for today or tomorrow but for all tomorrows

My own prediction is that the shape and feel of this country as well as the world will be way different in 4 more years. Of course we will always have the haters, bigots & the ignorant but they will be out weighed by the people of good will. PBO has given us all a voice, not just in the USA, but in other countries as well. So, we can all come together using the best that is in all of us. We take care of our own!

My only quarrel with your list is with #7 and #18. Nutter is clearly gunning for an admin appointment, but what/where? From the outside looking in, he’s been a great mayor, but from the inside of Philadelphia looking at HIM? Not so much.

He ought to be embarrassed by what he has allowed the public school district to become. He also hasn’t done much for city infrastructure either. But hey, whatever, I wish him well…

Similarly with #18, the charter school movement is a baby of Secy Duncan. PBO likes Duncan and has expressed his support of charter schools. I’m not optimistic that they will go away anytime soon, even though, in the long run, they are not fiscally sustainable nor do they educate all students. (Don’t EVEN get me started on how they treat children who learn differently)

School should NOT be a profit center, and especially not on the backs of brown and black children.

      • sagittarius

        Hi, isonprize!

        I stand corrected on #7.

Re: #18 – I don’t disagree about Arne Duncan – haven’t ever been a fan. But, I posit this: I believe POTUS’ thought process was that the status quo was untenable for black/brown children, so let’s look at charter schools. We can’t just stand still.

Now that data is coming back that charter schools are not more successful than fully funded, staffed public schools, as well as the endgame that will result from the successful Chicago Teacher Union strike, I believe that we will begin to see rollbacks of the charter school movement. The revitalization of the public school system will be led by a collaborative effort between parents, teachers unions and other folks who believe in the power and inalienable right of public education.

        • isonprize

Your mouth to God’s ear. I sure hope that you are right.

But in my case, I can’t wait that long. I gotta get this kid thru high school now!! And it’s an epic battle. Don’t even get me started…..

      • MsKitty

Ever since I posted about Nutter possibly getting a cabinet post a few days ago, I’ve been waiting for your take since I’m on the other side of the river and don’t know all the dirt aside from the ongoing feud with the police and fire unions.

        • isonprize

As you may have guessed, I’m not one of his cheerleaders. I voted for him and I’m not entirely against him. It’s just that he’s not been as good a mayor as the rest of the country thinks. I have a vested (living, breathing, eating, 15 yr old) interest in public school education, and on that point, Nutter loses BIG TIME points with me.

What’s a big city worth if its public schools are a hot mess?? He’s not a negotiator, he’s a passive aggressive bully when it comes to getting things done. Now, city council ain’t exactly a bunch of saints, but he oughta know that, since he was ON City Council for 15 years.

  • Aquagranny911

Completely OT & not political but this is for any who might think that doves are peaceful & hummingbirds are sweetly cute & pretty.

Just before sundown today some doves and two hummingbirds decided to have a “rumble in my jungle.” I don’t know what the issue was because it isn’t nesting season when doves get real aggressive. It didn’t last long but it was vicious with blood & feathers left when it was over. The hummingbirds won, of course, because they are nasty little fighters who give no quarter in a fight.

I enjoy watching birds but seldom get all romantic over them because many are vicious little survivors like those hummingbirds.

    • AxelFoley

AG, since they got their asses kicked, what does it sound like when doves cry?

      • isonprize

        Axel….. you stooooopid. LOLOLOL

      • Aquagranny911

Doves do cry & it is a sad kind of sound. We hear it more during nesting season when they sometimes fight even unto death over the females & nesting territory. Really doves are not at all peaceful & the losers do cry if they survive the fight.

As for today…doves ran away & hummingbirds did their chattering chirring kind of noise which I take as an:
“F U We won this one!”

Hummingbirds are really aggressive little fuckers. I had one get into an aerial dog fight with two carpenter bees once right over my head on the patio. I smacked at all three of them with a broom. Carpenter bees are about the size of a large walnut & build their nests in the ground with wood type fibers.

TMI, I guess but as a child of the desert & I still enjoy watching what happens in my back yard. I shared this because politics was starting to drag me down a bit, lol.
