What does it take you really get you in the exercising, fully motivated to burn the calories mood?
That’s right, we need to know what songs to put on the POU workout list! Everyone has a song that if you hear it, it will definitely give you the energy boost you need to go on and get through it! To start us off we have these classics:
C & C Music Factory – Everybody Dance Now
MC Hammer – 2 Legit 2 Quit
Ini Kamoze – Here Comes The Hotstepper
I chose those three to start off because one of my favorite aerobics classes ever, these three were MUST plays for the hard parts of the routine. But we also need songs for walking, lifting weights, yoga, stretching, a whole CD worth of music to put together our official POU workout CD!
