First Lady Offers Tips On How To Be Healthier

If you’ve been wondering how to live a healthier lifestyle, Michelle Obama may be able to give you some tips. The First Lady called in to the “Russ Parr Morning Show” on Tuesday to chat about obesity in our community as well as dish on President Barack Obama‘s favorite soul food.

The book will now be released on May 29th, rather than the previously announced date of May 1.- — –
